Dear Parents and Guardians,
The grade 2 students have been very busy bees this term. First we had the school concert (which was a big success), then we have had our book week, where we all dressed up as our favourite book character. We also took part in the 'World of Maths' incursion which was organised by our lovely maths teacher Ms. Gocmen.
The students enjoyed working on different activities during the incursion. They had to work as a group, which showed great partnership within all our students.

This term, the grade 2 students have been learning how to write a procedural text. Previously we have made fairy bread. This week we have made hot chocolates. We first wrote up a step by step recipe, and then we made our own hot chocolates. Students loved it and enjoyed their yummy hot chocolate.
Grade 1/2B and 2A students held a sweet stall this term. As a result we raised $561.65. We would like to thank all our parent who help make this stall happen.
